These terms apply to all hypnotherapy services provided by Anjali Ramesh, both online and in person. By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Services include private hypnotherapy sessions and session packages. Online appointments are held through platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or similar services. In-person sessions are available by arrangement. Hypnotherapy is a complementary approach and does not replace medical or psychological treatment. No guaranteed results are promised.

All prices are listed on the website and may be updated at any time. Packages must be used within 1 year of the first session. All prices are shown in euros (EUR).

Bookings are made through the online booking form. Once submitted, a confirmation email will be sent with all relevant session details.

Payment is required before any session. Accepted methods include bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed payment options. No session will take place without confirmed payment.

You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or cancelled without refund.

According to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have already been fully delivered with your prior agreement.

As a client, you are responsible for your level of engagement and participation in the process. All sessions are confidential and conducted in accordance with the professional code of ethics.

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes will first be addressed through amicable resolution. If necessary, legal matters will be referred to the relevant French courts.
