Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient Japanese art that supports balance through light, intentional touch. It is is based on the understanding that life energy flows through the body in specific pathways. It harmonises and supports physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. It activates the body’s natural ability to self-regulate and regenerate, promoting homeostasis and increasing awareness of body, mind, and reality.
