Each hypnotherapy session is designed to go straight to the root.
Some patterns, however, are multi-layered and take time to fully unravel. One session can create powerful shifts, but multiple sessions allow us to work through deeper layers for lasting change.
Session options: 3 different choices are available depending on your needs
Session length: 2.5 - 3 hours
Frequency: Every 3–4 weeks to allow for integration
Format: Online (worldwide) or in-person (Paris), whichever feels right to you
Effectiveness: Online sessions are just as impactful as in-person. All you need is a quiet, undisturbed space and my voice to guide you.
What to expect during a session: Pre-Talk (30-40 minutes): Understanding your concerns and setting clear intentions. Hypnotherapy (Around 2 hours): Accessing the subconscious mind to heal past wounds, release emotional blocks and restore inner alignment. Post-Talk (15-30 minutes): A brief discussion to integrate insights and guide your next steps.
