Hypnotherapy accesses core beliefs and emotional patterns stored beneath conscious awareness. This is why willpower and logic alone often do not create lasting change.

You do not need hypnotherapy to change. But if you are ready to reach the root of an issue and stop repeating the same patterns, it is one of the most direct ways to do so.

My approach often feels different from traditional hypnosis. I work holistically with mind, body, and emotions. I do not focus on symptoms alone. We address underlying causes so change can happen in the present moment.Each session is shaped around you and what emerges in real time. I stay engaged throughout and guide the process step by step.

SESSION DETAILS

Each hypnotherapy session is designed to go straight to the root.
Some patterns, however, are multi-layered and take time to fully unravel. One session can create powerful shifts, but multiple sessions allow us to work through deeper layers for lasting change.

  • Session options: 3 different choices are available depending on your needs

  • Session length: 2.5 - 3 hours

  • Frequency: Every 3–4 weeks to allow for integration

  • Format: Online (worldwide) or in-person (Paris), whichever feels right to you

  • Effectiveness: Online sessions are just as impactful as in-person. All you need is a quiet, undisturbed space and my voice to guide you.

  • What to expect during a session: Pre-Talk (30-40 minutes): Understanding your concerns and setting clear intentions. Hypnotherapy (Around 2 hours): Accessing the subconscious mind to heal past wounds, release emotional blocks and restore inner alignment. Post-Talk (15-30 minutes): A brief discussion to integrate insights and guide your next steps.
