Frequently asked questions.

  • No, you will be fully conscious and aware throughout the session. The only difference is that you will be deeply relaxed, similar to a daydreaming state. You will always be in control of what you choose to share and how you respond. You can communicate how you’re feeling, let me know if you’re uncomfortable with a question, or even mention if you’re too hot or cold.

  • Yes, hypnotherapy is generally safe. There are minimal risks, unless you have a medical condition such as epilepsy, heart problems, blood clotting disorders, or other physical conditions. If this applies to you, please contact me before booking a session.

During the session, releasing emotions can sometimes feel intense or uncomfortable, but this is a natural part of the process. Most people feel normal after the session, but as the day progresses, fatigue or a sense of “transition” may arise. This is temporary and usually lasts 2-3 nights while your body and mind process the session.

  • Hypnotherapy works directly with your subconscious, so most people notice real shifts after just one session. However, some topics, especially those with deeper or layered causes may take 3 to 6 sessions to fully resolve. For more information, consult here. I always move at a pace that feels safe and right for you. My aim is to help you heal in as few sessions as possible without rushing your process.

  • Think in advance about what you would like to work on. Prepare one or two sentences summarizing the issue you want to focus on.

    • Avoid heavy alcohol consumption the night before.

    • Do not use mood-altering medications or hallucinogenic substances for at least 2 nights before the session.

    • Avoid coffee for 2 hours before your session.

    • If you are taking antidepressants, please inform me in advance.

    1. Pre-Talk (30-40 minutes): Understanding your concerns and setting clear intentions.

    2. Hypnotherapy (Around 2 hours): Accessing the subconscious mind to heal past wounds, release emotional blocks and restore inner alignment.

    3. Post-Talk (15-30 minutes): A brief discussion to integrate insights and guide your next steps.

Overall, expect your session to last about 2.5 to 3 hours.

  • It’s best to eat and drink something soon after your session.

As the day goes on, you might feel tired, this is completely normal.

In the next couple of days, it’s common to feel like you’re “in transition.” This can last for 2–3 nights as your mind processes and adjusts.

It’s part of the healing process—like a mental reset.

During this time, you may feel:

    • Tired or extra hungry

    • Emotional, sensitive, or a bit low

    • Energized or even euphoric

There’s no “right” way to feel. Whatever comes up will pass, and you’ll settle into a new, balanced state.
