ABOUT
I’m a hypnotherapist who blends subconscious healing with holistic practices. My work is grounded in my own experiences, not just techniques. In addition to being a certified Hatha and Ashtanga yoga teacher, I’m a dedicated meditation practitioner and currently studying Jin Shin Jyutsu, a Japanese energy healing art. These practices are how I live. They help me stay present, intuitive, and fully engaged with those I work with.
My journey into the mind–body connection began in India, evolved in France, and deepened in Bali. I’ve spent years exploring how different cultures approach healing, not just as a technique, but as a lifestyle. These diverse perspectives continue to shape how I show up in both, life and work.
For almost a decade, I followed a path that looked successful to others: independent, driven, accomplished. But I often felt emotionally disconnected. Raised in a world that prioritized logic over intuition, I found myself in the corporate world, where the disconnection grew impossible to ignore.
Hypnotherapy was the turning point. It helped me reconnect with every part of myself, embrace both light and shadow, and begin living with purpose and authenticity. This process didn’t just shift my emotions, it changed how I see the world and relate to it.
Today, I guide others to find that same sense of reconnection. Healing is about integrating all parts of ourselves, even the parts we’ve dismissed or hidden. For example, anger, when understood, can become a tool for setting boundaries and standing in our truth.
My work is about helping you come home to yourself. I’m here to support you through every honest, grounded step of that journey.
