I work with you as a whole system. My approach supports awareness, subconscious integration, and the body’s natural movement toward balance. Some work happens through understanding, some through the subconscious, and some through gentle body based support. Each layer complements the others, allowing change to settle rather than stay only at the surface. This creates space for clarity, regulation, and a more embodied sense of alignment in daily life.
